Does my balance expire?

No. Your balance stays in your wallet
until you're ready to use it.

Can I pause or change my contributions?

Yes. You can change your amount or pause anytime. There's no lock-in. Perks are available while your contributions are active.

What if treatment isn't suitable for me?

Treatment only goes ahead if it's suitable for you. Your balance can then be used for consultations, skincare, or gifted to someone else.

Can I get a refund?
